This is one of the coolest videos I have ever seen -- the awesomeness starts at 6:06.
I'm on the side saying that Spidey would win this as a straight out fight. With planning, though, Batman can beat anyone (including the entire Justice League). These two are probably my favorite characters from the two major companies, and I thought the fight scene depicted in this video was incredibly well done, even if it ends in a death, which neither character would allow.
